After surgery, you want to be as comfortable as possible. You will be wearing a compression garment under your clothes, so more loose fitting clothes may be better initially. You also want to be careful of clothes that are tight fitting around surgical sites because you do not want to create any unwanted indentations. You may want to discuss this with your surgeon or nurse on a follow up visit. Recovery times vary for different people.
