I would recommend that you consult your surgeon or recovery nurse on this matter. There are herbal remedies that can help to reduce bruising and swelling. We carry Arnica Montana, Arnica Gel, and Bromelain. Please consult your surgeon before taking any of these products. If scarring is a concern, you may want to consider a product like Scarfade Gel or Gel Sheeting. These are silicone products that can help to reduce the appearance of scars. Scars can be treated for up to a year.
