I did take the Sinech and I am 3 1/2 weeks into my recovery. The reason I a concerned is because I see almost no difference in my abdomen, for the most part it looks the same, does it take more time to notice a difference in your abdomen as opposed to the other parts, or perhaps did my Dr. just not take enough out? I did order a sternum stage 2 compression garment from your web site yesterday, because I was worried that maybe the girdle that my doctor had me wearing was not giving me enough compression to give me the results that I desired. So my other question is how much of a difference can this make in my final outcome seeing as how I'm already 3 1/2 weeks post op, or is it too late to expect any better results with a tighter compression garment?
